FALISHA LEHMAN History of Domestic Violence and Abuse towards the Children as Reported by 3rd parties. Respondent has been Twice Reported to Police by 3rd parties for “Assault on a Child,” (See Police Report Exhibit “E” Police Report and Exhibit “F”) Further Affiant has witness serious physical abuse by Respondent towards the kids including pulling their hair, slapping, pinching, kicking, punching, whipping them with belts, and whipping them with tree limbs, including my Special needs Daughter Hailey Lehman whop she was beaten as many as 5 times in one day until I had to intervene and get thrown out the house. (ii) Imminent Risk of Harm to Children: Respondent’s existing mental health conditions diagnosed as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and “her perceived imminent fear of death or serious injury”, diagnoses by Ana Rivera, LPC, as evidenced by her Mental Health Records just weeks prior to her abduction of the children in violation of this court’s order and absconding to California, than coming back and hiding her children. (See Exhibit “H”) Respondent’s Refusal to take her prescribed medications from her psychiatrist Dr. Mohammed Ahmed, M.D. at the Psych Clinic, in Webster, TX that has been treating her since 2011. (See Exhibit “I” ) (See Suppl. Declaration ofat 54-57)
